Finally. Someone wrote on honest review of Edward’s Apple Orchard

I will do my best here to be fair and objective…
Since the opening of Edwards Apple Orchard (1964) Edwards has been THE place to go in this area. I’m 47 now and can remember visiting Edwards as a child annually with my family and like so many others posting here have had good experiences and memories and also have continued the tradition by bringing my own children for this experience over the years. Clearly, Edwards has a good thing going here, otherwise the crowds wouldn’t show in huge numbers as they do. HOWEVER, after this years trip (understood that - yes I am aware of the tornado damage that occurred) I would have at least three observations that I would like to put forward.
1. Overcrowded - To be expected
2. Overpriced - To the point that it’s insulting to the consumer given the draw that they have- there is no good reason for this other than pure greed.
3. Over-rated - maybe, only because of the blatent price gouging going on here.

Without rambling any further, Edwards should recognize given the state of the economy, that they do indeed have plenty of cash flow incoming and not be so “in your face with their grossly inflated pricing” - shame on you for that. I realize my opinion means nadda here but c’mon now what a joke. Bring your wallet and anyone elses that you can scrub up for this journey and get ready to spend it up big with these folks…
Try to keep in mind the importance of giving back to the community that has provided so generously to you over the years. Yes, I will continue my visits there albeit with a bit of sour taste.
Regards,
Rob B.

Thank’s Rob. I wish someone else would realize the Edwards has become a tourist trap.
